One Room Schoolhouse

Back in April when my sister was visiting we took her with us on a field trip to a one room school house at The Landing.

It was a chilly day, but with natural light on both sides of the building, even my little Canon Power Shot took some decent photos.

After reading through the Little House books from The Big Woods through The First Four Years, this field trip was a great way to wrap up our pioneer studies.
